- Areas covered: corporate power purchase agreements (“cPPA”), sell-side renewables M&A, debt & capital advisory. - Transaction execution: lead of cPPA transactions for producers and off-takers, including overall process coordination, sales strategy development, structuring and conducting of tenders with >150 parties, assessment and negotiations of commercial offers, term sheet and full documentation preparation (jointly with legal advisor), assessment (incl. bankability) and negotiations, management of deal team and other advisors. - Client acquisition and retention: actively pursued new mandates; led pitches and remuneration negotiations; prepared and negotiated engagement agreements; coordinated all relevant risk procedures; worked on existing clients retention. - Marketing and market surveillance: prepared and delivered workshops, webinars and other events on cPPAs; participated in renewables and cPPA specific conferences; actively followed and developed understanding of cPPA commercial market trends and regulatory changes. - Other: participated in several debt advisory and renewables M&A mandates; trained analysts and associates.
- Industries covered: i) FinTech, broker dealers, clearing houses, stock exchanges, banks (2018 – 2020) in EMEA; ii) consumer goods, airlines, healthcare and mining in CEE, Turkey and Africa (2021 – present). - Part of JPM deal team responsible for modelling, financial analysis, due diligence and documentation negotiation. - New client onboardings: evaluated client and product risk profile; assessed exposure appetite (term loans, RCFs, treasury, trade finance, bilateral trading, OTC and F&O clearing, prime brokerage); negotiated trading documentation. - Portfolio management: documentation amendment and waiver requests; trading requests; ongoing client surveillance, annual and interim client reviews; quarterly portfolio risk reviews; stress testing; managing credit exposure; risk reporting. - Communication: presented transactions and recommendations to senior management; prepared questionnaires and assisted in conducting due diligence meetings with clients; independently worked alongside other teams within the bank. - Leadership: Supervised junior analysts, prepared and executed a comprehensive training plan for them; led several internal projects (annual reviews streamlining, improvement of internal credit systems, new template for rating private banks, client market data surveillance, contact point for external training providers); engaged in volunteering and philanthropy events.
