-Launching new technological processes -Contact with local and foreign suppliers of machines and tools; -Responsible for method manufacturing according to the specifications in order to meet the requirement of quality, cost and delivery time for site; -Participate in project development such as implementation of new machine, equipment, automation and layout for site; -Maintain quality standards on all products to ensure manufacturing with zero defect methodology including process documentation required; -Define tools, work stations, process organization, manufacturing process specifications and requirements in line with VPS principles; -Organize and coordinate full production day (FDPR) until process acceptance; -Prepare and complement the Method file for individual projects; -Maintaining engineering documentation; -Coordinate and implement process development projects; -Production Preparation Process by using Design for Assembly, Design for Manufacturability; -Fulfillment of individual and team targets; -Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality and Internal Procedures requirements follow up; -Applies Safety Culture & Environmental Policy; -Cooperate within the assigned project team and other cross-functional teams;
