Girona, Catalonia, Spain
Hello there! I'm Marco, a creative producer, designer, and project manager based in the charming town of Girona, Spain. I specialise in crafting visual solutions for marketing and communication of brands in the retail industry, with a particular flair for fashion, beauty, perfume, spirits, and furniture. However, I'm always eager to apply my skills and expertise to other exciting B2C and B2B fields. My journey began in the city of Milan, where I soaked in design and fashion influences and had the privilege of attending international schools. London then became my playground for 12 remarkable years, where I honed my skills and have grown in design and creative positions at senior level. In 2020, I decided to make the move to Spain to be closer to my family who now call this place home. Throughout the years, I've had the luck of collaborating with a diverse range of brands and cultures. From luxurious giants to local family businesses, and from large-scale teams to one-man-band and back, I've embraced it all while experimenting and adapting, learning from every position. This journey allowed me to evolve personally and professionally, and master various branding, marketing and design approaches while broadening my creative references and knowledge, whether it's for print, web, or creating captivating shop environments and sets for window displays, events, and photoshoots. I began my career in customer-facing roles, a crucial step to truly grasp the retail environment through visual merchandising. Over time and after finishing my studies, I seamlessly transitioned into visual marketing, set design, and taking on the creative direction for comprehensive 360° campaigns. I've shaped brand identities, crafted compelling set design for photoshoots, orchestrated engaging visual strategies, and designed captivating store windows, websites and events. With over a decade of experience under my belt, I'm driven to keep growing in my career. I'm constantly expanding my skillset, leading innovation by predicting trends, and infusing my work with inspiration from various artistic movements. My creations always begin with the timeless geometry and laws found in nature, the foundational elements of my creative process. My ultimate goal is to breathe life into concepts and ideas, using colors, shapes, textures, and a harmony of visual elements. I thrive on translating these concepts into multi-faceted visual experiences because, in today's era of social communication, images speak louder than words.
