I’m a Senior Product Designer based in Pamplona (Spain) with 8 years of experience crafting end-to-end digital products and leading design initiatives for companies including Eventbrite and frog Design. My background combines Fine Arts with Social and Cultural Anthropology, which gives me both a creative lens and a deep analytical approach to human behavior. I am particularly interested in the symbolic world of humans and how design and creativity can shape it in meaningful ways. I enjoy diving deep into problems through research and analysis, while also embracing playful and imaginative moments to challenge assumptions and spark new ideas. This balance allows me to design solutions that are both thoughtful and innovative.
I was affected by Eventbrite layoffs at the same time I was going to give birth. I took a time away from professional career to be a full-time mum during my daughter’s first year. Developed patience and lots of love. Took a two week course of Design Facilitation Processes in La Nave Nodriza, Madrid.
Redesigned the entire Event Creation flow, transforming a fragmented process into a seamless and intuitive experience that improved consistency and user satisfaction. Championed a design-thinking culture within the squad by leading workshops that strengthened collaboration and unlocked more innovative solutions. Introduced AI-powered design tools to streamline the creation of listing pages, saving time and providing higher-quality outputs for creators. Mentored junior and mid-level designers, fostering growth and raising the overall quality and impact of the design team. Led the design of Timed Entry, a complex feature that redefined how large venues and events manage capacity, access, and scheduling.
Led the design of web, mobile, and TV applications for major clients such as Telefónica Spain, Inditex, Cupra, and EUIPO. Directed a multidisciplinary team of up to 5 designers, mentoring junior profiles and ensuring delivery at a senior standard in Telefonica Smart WiFi. Defined and drove design strategy aligned with business objectives, collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams in agile environments. Led the end-to-end design process, from research and usability testing to UI and visual design deliverables.
UI website design for different enterprises. In charge of the whole design process, from Information Arquitecture, to Wireframing and UI deliverables in collaboration with development team. Using Sketch and Invision for design and prototyping.
