Product Owner for Marketing Tech, responsible for Product roadmap, Feature Backlog, and partnership w/ Engineering for delivery of below business outcomes- • Owned Lead Acquisition automation, implementing a world class lead acquisition service acquiring Multi-Million leads annually from >40 First Party & Third Party channels (social, content, events, trial) with inbuilt data quality and compliance. • Integrated ML based Scoring model for leads being nurtured. Early results show ML scoring shows 2X increase in HOT leads and 30% increase in MAQL to SQO conversion. • Ideated ‘Social Connector’ tool to automate acquisition of >100K leads per month from Social Paid Ads (LinkedIn, Facebook) into Marketing automation & Event Delivery platforms. • Strategized connectors w/ Events SaaS platforms (In Person, Web), automating acquisition of registration & Attendance for multi-million leads annually. • Integration w/ Bot platform to qualify leads before handing over to Tele. Early results show 20% customer engagement on expired leads, with 5% expired leads converting into HOT leads that otherwise would have been left uncontacted. • Ensured Platform is compliant with various regulations (Russian Data Privacy, GDPR, Cookie compliance etc.)
IT program manager for Customer 360 initiative for GE Healthcare. While ramping up team size >20 (direct reports & vendors), I managed global program strategy, stakeholders (Regional CIOs and directs), program budget & delivery for below business outcomes - - Customer 360 visibility in SFDC to help sellers w/ account planning & customer visit prep. - Cross functional KYC Process in PEGA across ERP ops, finance, legal, Dealer & Comm Ops. - Platform (UCM) to master customer data across functions for 200+ countries. - Data quality tools (IDQ, IIR) to standardize & deduplicate customer data for 200+ countries.
Led end to end implementation of $10 million global UCM program from roadmap development, product evaluations to deployment across the globe, resulting in $8.4 million AR savings in US in first 10 months of launch. Received CIO award twice for my contributions on the program.
Lead design & development for GEHC’s Field services program, leading to 'One GE' view for customer service.
