Over de past 30 years, my career in Senior Management and leadershiproles, information security and IT has mainly developed around innovative solutions and ground breaking technologies. Always operating in forefront positions of new technologies and merely in the early adopter phase of a technology or service. With the changes in the field of information security driven by regulation & compliance, there is a need for a practical and pragmatic approach build on creative thinking and experience. In the information security domain I have developed and build a track record over the past decades. Running over more than 100 projects, both international as well as in the Benelux. For corporations, healthcare, government and military. As manager and coach, I share my skills, expertise and experience with people and organizations in order to make them grow and make them stronger individuals. My role as a guide has supported many people and teams onto a level they never thought possible. For me the greatest reward is to see someone I coached 15-20 years ago, create a life and standard he or she only dared dreaming of.
