Together with our fantastic Friisberg Netherlands Team, I'm managing local and international executive search mandates. In my capacity as a board member of Friisberg, I'm actively involved in strategy and day to day management of the Partnership, with a specific focus on further international expansion of Friisberg.
As a Headhunter and an Executive Searcher in the Benelux and Germany, I know how to attract the best executives, managers and professionals in the market. I never stop before reaching my goals and always aim for long-term relations with all parties involved.
Within CFR The Netherlands, I was responsible for the Executive Search of Senior Management and Senior Staff Members, mainly within an international setting. CFR Global Executive Search is an alliance of independent executive search companies whose combined resources create one of the most robust recruiting networks in the world.
Within Perselectief, I was responsible for the business development of his own client portfolio, the execution of search mandates, as well as the day to day management of the Perselectief organization, including Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Marketing. Perselectief has been a reliable and knowledgeable mid-size recruitment partner for decades on the Durch market.
I was responsible for the general and financial management of 2 Dutch SPE’s: Heidelberg International Finance BV and Heidelberg Boxmeer BV. Both were subsidiaries of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (stocklisted in Germany), the largest manufacturer of printing equipment worldwide (prepress, press, postpress).
