Originally I'm a trained Criminologist and worked +/- 10 years as Justice Assistent, which means guiding and controlling people who have alternative sentences like electronic surveillance. I have a passion for personal development, systemic thinking, integral approaches or holistic thinking, leadership-, organisational-, business- and technological development and transforming shadow dynamics into renewed energy. Changes and transformations have always existed. Today, leaders, teams, and organizations face numerous challenges in the transition to a new economy and forms of society. We are the Habit Company, we live by 'learning a little a lot". Small daily habits are the key for being happy, agile and productive at work. We deliver training programs that result in sustainable habits. The most important thing we are doing is closing the knowing doing gap by teaching the habit loop to people and then let them experiment with it.
