Seasoned consultant with extensive business experience in various industries. Specialised in introducing and executing ECC to S/4HANA Conversion projects: business case, starting and planning the project, handling the simplifications (mainly CVI and Finance), execute the entire project in leading roles. Main focus for the last 20 years: SAP FI/CO combined with financial business consultancy, and apply this to S/4HANA Conversion projects. Extended project and consulting knowledge of SAP FI/CO and surrounding areas (SD, MM etc), plus other solutions, in team and project leading roles. Experience in a large variety of roles such as financial business consultant, implementation consultant, test manager, trainer, team lead or project manager, in projects small and large, national and international. Strong SAP FI/CO background and prior experience as a bookkeeping clerk and as a controller. Versatile consultant, especially in environments where SAP or other integrated solutions play an important role. Combining these knowledge and experience areas, I help customers understand and improve their (SAP) environments and support, project management, strengths and weaknesses in the financial processes and their surroundings. But I will also understand the consequences for SAP and other systems, on a high level and also in more depth, thanks to implementation experience. As a leader I use my strong personality where needed, to energise teams and guard processes, and I do not rest before the results are there.

Selection of projects: - SAP Finance Consultant in an SAP rollout project - international Logistical Service Provider. - IT Project Manager for an SLO SAP Conversion Project - multinational industrial conglomerate. - Set up and lead IT stream in a process improvement project, align IT improvements and initiatives to the results of the project – multinational pharmaceutical company. - Analyse and provide factual evidence for the complexity of the technical and functional flow of a specific cost type from data capture until group level reporting (muliti-instance international SAP environment) – multinational pharmaceutical and biologics company. - Assess global and local SAP use, and make recommendations – multinational confectionery, food and beverage conglomerate. - Assess health and maturity of SAP Center of Excellence – global manufacturer of copper and optical fiber cable products for the infrastructure, industrial and construction markets.
