My main responsibility is strategically manage and improve SuccessFactors based on senior management input, implementing new functionality and business processes; improving effectiveness and efficiency, driving leadership and staff engagement. Answer to organizational needs and create a roadmap for systemically supporting a comprehensive range of HR disciplines to include performance, recruitment, Succession and eLearning. Daily tasks include manage internal HRIS Servicedesk, ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting, supporting the planning, design, development and configuration of the supported application. Identify opportunities for process improvements, develop and implement improvements, document and train existing users on all SuccessFactors procedures.
To effectively address the information needs of all types and levels of users in the organisation, I built sophisticated business intelligence applications and deployed those applications throughout the enterprise. Focus was on development of online solutions, provide easy-to-use web-based applications for an unlimited numbers of users, tailored to their skill level and preferences regardless of location, as well as flexible and intuitive development tools for building applications.
On behalf of DataFlow Consultancy: By gathering information through interviews with all stakeholders, and studying the procedures and systems currently in place, I designed application structures to meet an organization's requirements. By researching emerging technologies for new solutions and using techniques such as data modelling, I prepared reports that balance costs and benefits to present to senior management. When given the go-ahead, I installed and configured new systems or upgraded existing ones. Ran tests to ensure that systems meet specifications, write user manuals and other documentation, and finally train existing users on new capabilities.
On behalf of DataFlow Consultancy: Set up strategies, processes and technical architectures which are used to support the collection, analysis, presentation and dissemination of business information. Provide historical, current and predictive views of business operations. With the focus on reporting and analytical processing, the main goal was to allow for the easy interpretation of these big data sets.
