- End to end recruitment and onboarding of consultants within the field of mechanical/chemical engineering and project management - Supporting consultants (mainly designers, engineers, project managers....) on their projects - Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients (Hiring managers, HR, Purchasing...) - General administrative support on contracts (employees, subcontractors and clients), HSE, invoicing... - Working on projects (Developing paygrade framework, learning and development policies, CRM-software upgrades, reliable/valid testing on interpreting P&ID's....) - Mentoring and training new co-workers within recruitment and sales ...
