I work from an Evolutionary Perspective at the intersection of education, technology, and systems. Currently, I work as Program Manager EdTech Ecosystem at NOLAI, where I help shape the conditions in which AI, education, research, and practice can evolve together in a meaningful and responsible way. With over 30 years of experience across technology, education, and social innovation, my focus has shifted from building solutions to making space for development. I work with complexity, ecosystems, and real-world constraints — not to force direction, but to help systems find their own. I help people and organisations: - see what is already developing - understand how change is absorbed in practice - keep keuzeruimte open before decisions harden - move forward with timing, coherence, and attention My way of working is grounded and hands-on. I move easily between thinking and doing, between facilitation and coordination, between strategic framing and practical execution. Within NOLAI’s Business Team, I work as Program Manager on the EdTech Ecosystem pilot, part of the broader scaling programme. The pilot focuses on ecosystem-level interventions aimed at strengthening the Dutch EdTech landscape — both nationally and in a cross-border context. The programme is developed and delivered as a collective effort. I act as the connecting hub between NOLAI and seven external partners who together form a consortium around this shared mission. An external project manager leads the operational delivery of products and instruments. Together, we develop and test ecosystem instruments such as shared maturity reference points, self-serve assessments and roadmaps. Where relevant, short-duration, focused testbeds are used to explore how solutions land in real educational contexts. The pilot is supported through a public innovation scheme coordinated by the Dutch Governmental Service for Entrepreneurship.

Ik adviseer met een groep experts over de aansluiting tussen ICT-onderwijs en het werkveld. Beoordeel leermiddelen, signaleer trends en bewaak de inhoudelijke kwaliteit van opleidingen – met oog voor innovatie en actuele praktijk.
Ik ontwikkel en realiseer innovatieve concepten op het snijvlak van technologie, design en strategie. Van idee tot prototype, van co-creatie tot werkend resultaat. Onderzoekend, visueel en hands-on.
Ik adviseer over digitale strategie en leid (web-)projecten van idee tot oplevering. Ik begeleid implementaties en (data)migraties van (web-)omgevingen. Daarnaast ontwerp, bouw en onderhoud ik websites en apps als full-stack developer (PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
