I have defined and executed strategies delivering sustained NAV growth, international expansion, and operational scalability, managing multi-billion-euro asset bases across funds, holdings, and operating companies. My experience spans 60+ buy- and sell-side transactions (EUR ~3bn total value), including carve-outs, IPOs, restructurings, fund launches, and complex cross-border investments. River Basin Energy (RBE) owned a proprietary technology to produce supplied advanced renewable fuels for existing thermal/coal power stations in regions where asset utilisation and a low carbon footprint are of importance to utilities and generators. By providing a technology to produce sustainable biomass fuels to replace coal in thermal power stations, the company supported the global energy transition. In 2018, RBE was sold to Biomass Secure Power Inc (BMSPF.PK)
