Techleap is a government subsidized foundation that helps Dutch tech founders scale their companies. Responsible for the full business operations - including Finance, HR, Facilities, Operations, MarCom, Data Management and Strategy. Key deliverables: - Streamlined Operational processes, including on and ofboarding,budget management, reporting; - Secured aditional three year funding extending Techleap's runway; - Developed, planned and executed a pivot in the organisation to become smaller, more efficient and nimble.
