I also collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to bring Rippling's new and existing features to market, and to identify complementary products to enhance Rippling's value proposition.

Founding APAC SC when Rippling opened it's first office in APAC
As part of the APAC IT Team, I was responsible for managing a portfolio of HR Technology solutions within Randstad Asia Pacific including DocuSign, Checkster, VideoMyJob, Modern Hire and Brazen. I was also part of the APAC Business Concepts team and was responsible for driving Randstad's digital transformation alongside our colleagues in IT, digital marketing, HR and operations. Responsibilities included the rollout of pilots of new tech tools across the business where I acted as the pivot between the Engineering teams and the recruitment consultants, driving the uptake of existing tools, analysing the potential for current HR tech to be scaled up and working closely with external vendors to get the best out of their products and our relationship with them.
Seconded to Randstad Sourceright to build the internal recruitment function and design recruitment process. Managed the internal recruitment function for recruiters to work onsite for RSR clients in MSP or RPO solutions in Australia and New Zealand.
This role was created to fill gaps in regional (HR) processes, remove duplication and manage projects to change HR delivery across Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia, including the roll out of HR Technologies.
