Making space launcher structures possible, from early concepts to flight-ready, qualified hardware within ESA and EU-funded programmes. Operating at sub-system level, I work across design, analysis, manufacturing, testing and supply chain to ensure technical coherence, schedule reliability and cost awareness throughout the full development lifecycle. My experience includes structural development and qualification, coordination with suppliers and international partners, and supporting the transition from development models to production-ready solutions.
Leading the programmatic and technical system-level development of the metallic structural subsystem for the Vega-E launcher third stage, from early design through qualification and first flight delivery.
Leading the programmatic and technical system-level development of a Type V composite cryogenic tank (LOX/Kerosene) with a common bulkhead for future LEO launchers, driving technology maturation towards high TRL through representative testing and validation.
Contributing to the system-level development and integration of advanced composite technologies across European and internal R&D programmes. • FASTER H₂ (EU Clean Aviation): Developed advanced bio-based resin technologies (LRI & RTM) for sustainable aircraft composite structures. • Battery Casing: Designed high-performance composite casings for electric aircraft batteries, optimized for manufacturability and structural performance.
Co-Director of the complete program. Author and lecturer for "Advanced Propulsion and Launch Operations" module covering topics such as liquid, solid, electric and alternative propulsion, new launchers, and launch site operations.
