Senior national security technology leader with 20+ years of experience building and delivering AI-native mission systems, multi-INT solutions, and operational intelligence capabilities for Defense, Intelligence Community, and Special Operations missions. Experienced in translating complex mission challenges into scalable operational capabilities across AI/ML, mission orchestration, autonomy, sensor fusion, and real-time intelligence workflows spanning land, sea, air, space, and cyber domains. Focused on combining modern software, AI, and operational understanding to accelerate decision-making and deliver mission impact at speed. Former founder of Triton Risk Group, an AI-driven intelligence and predictive risk company acquired by iBallistix LLC, where I led development of platforms integrating satellite imagery, RF data, OSINT, and IoT-derived signals for anomaly detection, threat analysis, and operational intelligence. Previously led the Cognitive Intelligence Solutions Group at Riverside Research, advancing work across agentic AI, edge AI, dynamic intelligence orchestration, modular autonomous systems, and multi-INT fusion for national security missions. Background includes support to USSOCOM, DIA, NGIC, DARPA, AFRL, NRL, NGA, NRO, and other Defense and Intelligence Community organizations across identity intelligence, sensor orchestration, operational intelligence, rapid prototyping, and mission system development.
Led the Cognitive Intelligence Solutions Group focused on advancing the automation of intelligence collection, orchestration, and analysis to equip Warfighters and decision-makers with real-time, actionable insights. Directed teams developing AI-native capabilities across agentic AI, multi-INT fusion, edge AI, dynamic intelligence orchestration, and modular autonomous systems to enhance situational awareness and accelerate operational decision-making across land, sea, air, space, and cyber mission domains.
Founded and led an AI-powered intelligence-as-a-service company focused on predictive intelligence, cybersecurity, and public safety risk analysis. Built a team and technology stack that fused publicly available information, commercial satellite imagery, RF data, and anonymized IoT/location-derived datasets to detect anomalies, assess risk, and support national security and law enforcement missions.
Managed a $10M+ advanced R&D portfolio for DARPA, AFRL, NRL, NRO, NGA, and IC customers, translating research concepts into mission demonstrations, prototype systems, and transition opportunities. Led work across multi-INT sensor orchestration, automated target recognition, object detection, anomaly detection, predictive location modeling, pattern-of-life analytics, and tip-and-cue sensor tasking. Served as DARPA Principal Investigator for geospatial cloud analytics and helped move ML-powered geospatial capabilities from research prototypes toward operationally relevant demonstrations.
Led a $65M+ DIA Identity Intelligence program managing 50+ analysts, engineers, and mission-support personnel delivering biometric, forensic, multi-INT fusion, targeting, and sensor-enabled mission support. Supported select USSOCOM and forward-deployed mission elements with field-to-enterprise identity intelligence, biometric exploitation, target development, tag-track-locate sensor support, and automated target insight products for operational planning. Briefed senior DIA, Pentagon, and Executive Branch stakeholders on mission outcomes, program capabilities, and strategic recommendations.
Helped stand up and mature biometric and identity intelligence capabilities for NGIC, CJSOTF-Afghanistan, and subordinate SOF task forces. Supported the migration of SOF biometric workflows from BAT/HIIDE server-based processes to SEEK capabilities with BGAN SATCOM, enabling deployed enrollments to reach authorized Federal and DoD biometric repositories and return match results to warfighters in operationally relevant timelines.
