Gathering and analyzing data, blueprints, and reports. Analyzing project costs and preparing budget. Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality control. Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies. Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedule and activities. Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities. Making Project Plan, Calculate Quantity of Material,
Interpreting project brief and meeting with client, engineer, and architect to ensure all blueprint and technical drawing are completed to specification. Visiting site and detailed survey with site measurement to gather information, and determine limitation and feasibility of design. Producing rough sketche and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawing, layout plan, shop drawing and as-built drawing as required during the construction and blueprint. Producing Lighting layout, power layout, cable and cable tray/leader layout, data and telecommunication system layout, fire alarm system layout, public address layout, door access system layout HVAC system layout, single line diagram and block diagram with coordination of engineer, consultant and architect. Producing civil layout, plumbing layout, sewerage system layout, floor layout, false ceiling layout, reflecting ceiling plan and interior and exterior layout with coordination of engineer, consultant and architect. Producing of Project documents and Tender documentation for submission. Producing bill of quantity and material quantities with helping of drawing and layout. Ordering materials and supplies. Conducting site marking as per drawing and engineer/architect. Remaining professional when feedback is delivered and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible. Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles. Communicating potential design issues to engineer and architect. Communicating with stakeholder regarding project needs and goals. Contributing to the planning and development of project. Supporting the coordination and management of project. Researching information as required. Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates and scheduling meetings etc. Keeping track of and reporting on project progress. Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
