• Electrical design and specification creation of electrical power systems and domestic installation (German and Polish market; • Telemechanic installations modernization for the Power Distribution Point no.: 2 in city Lomza HV/MV; • Electrical acceptance testing for domestic installations.
• Development of technical drawings in 2D and 3D, assembly procedures, and guidance literature for manufacturing facilities when developing existing products or when introducing new ones; • Maintaining our ERP system and preparing mechanical bills of material; • Provide technical support to our front office and the manufacturing plant; • Feasibility studies for quality value engineering.
• Conducting various (dielectric, continuity, resistance, etc.) testing on wiring harnesses; • Wiring harnesses creation or modifications introduction per customer needs/ requirements; • Stripping, crimping, booting, soldering to a high standard.
• Carry out tests of products and their components in development phase and serial production preparation phase, following the validation plans, according to customers requirements; • Cooperation with project teams for product or design validation preparation and execution; • Preparation of compliance reports or matrixes according to customers need or relevant product standards; • Carry out tests to support the issue of ASTA Certificates and Test Reports in accordance with ASTA’s rules and regulations; • Maintaining equipment calibration record including preparation of uncertainty notes for external calibration services; • Assisting in the technical expertise on the customer rejects/ returns; • Conducting an internal audits against requirements from ISO 17025; ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001; • Swindon laboratory deputy for the short-circuit tests in Volta Labs in Grenoble.
