Trained the laboratory peoples to build competent staff to conduct the test as SOP. 6. Maintain Quality Management System that covers: - Document Control, Traceability of records, Health & safety, service & calibration, conditioned laboratory, Corrective Action System. 7. Maintain all relative test equipments & Standard Accessoriness. 8. Prepared fabric to Submit quality, Original, Bulk & Shade for Approval. 9. Co-ordinate & Liaison with Merchandisers, Buying & Testing House. 10. Make data sheet, Evaluation sheet, Test format, SOP, MOP.

1. Provide all test & finished ok fabric for SGS, Q-tech, RGS test to Merchandiser as per Buyer Requirements By the order of / discussion with Lab Manager. 2. Monitor that all tests are done appropriately by Lab Technician / Lab Assistant. 3. Making a excellent communication Bridge with Merchandiser, Dyeing & Dyeing-Finishing for submission fabric test purpose. 4. Grading All Fastness to match with Grading Scale.
