Law Enforcement Response Team

• Oversee and coordinate implementation and enforcement of client's Policies by delivering regular Policy Trainings, Syncs and Refreshers • Prepare weekly Quality Audit for a team of 15+ Analysts across 3 markets • Collaborate effectively with other teams, including Accenture and client's Global Policy Teams • Manage ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives as per client requirements
since January 2016, in the POC role: • Served a cross-functional role of escalating bugs, insights and queries via meetings and task-creation to the appropriate teams • Monitored analysts' performance and accuracy by conducting weekly internal quality audits • Took action on suspicious advertiser behavior by identifying trends which led to improved user experience since November 2016, as a Team Lead backup: • Prepared internal quality audits and team's schedule • Became the POC of the Buddy programme for New Joiners' Onboarding and Training • Started the process of knowledge transfer for a Team Lead role
