Lead SCM (Contracting, Procurement, Services Logistics, and Material Management) activities for exploration program in multiple offshore blocks in Egypt. Applied new-country entry supply chain and IT experience gained from Iraq and Turkey to deliver timely and effective exploration and drilling contracts for Chevron in Egypt for their first-ever in-country operations. As functional head, recruited, coached and developed a dynamic young team delivering tender packages and contracts for offshore deep water drilling rig, tangible well materials including OCTG, logistics services including helicopters and offshore vessels, drilling services and consumables, support services including ROV, well evaluation and provision of manpower agency. Led move to cloud-enabled IT infrastructure for more flexible, scalable, and on-demand infrastructure solutions
Oversee and lead all aspects of IT and Supply Chain Management for Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI) new ventures including Procurement Operations, Services, Contracts, Business & Procurement Technologies. As team lead, recruited and led the contracts, logistics and IT team to safely deliver onshore wells and logistics contracts and services in a region with no existing onshore services market.
