About

I am a Human Resources professional who has worked globally supporting diverse organizations with Talent Management, Training and Development, and Recruitment processes. After having taken a career break and working as a self-employed Coach, I’m now looking to re-establish myself in an entry-level HR role where I can bring my strong dedication to supporting HR initiatives and fostering a positive employee experience with the goal of driving organizational growth. I’m a detail-oriented professional with extensive HR content knowledge and a collaborative working style. I’m passionate about human behavior and how organizations can leverage their employees’ skills to achieve business goals. I believe that hiring the right people, helping them evolve their skills by creating a culture of coaching and collaboration, managing and rewarding performance, and optimizing workforce planning are core aspects of an effective Talent Management model. During the course of my career, I have been employed as Talent Development Consultant and Trainer to support organizations operating in diverse fields such as banking, telecommunications and public services. As a Recruiter for a global pharmaceutical company, I have gained experience in hiring and onboarding processes as well as administrative skills such as project management, organizational skills and communication. Having worked in the US, Europe, Asia and South America, I am an effective communicator who enjoys working across geographies and cultures.
