- Planning of works as agreed with stakeholders attending access planning meetings to deliver the catenary installation activities in accordance with the plan up to the Completion of all route sections. - Analyse and evaluate the risk on all the steps of the project and its consequences, making sure that all activities are planned under a cost-efficiency approach - Managing the day to day resources needed to carry out the works as planned. - Kept a track of all the documentation and records needed to request the possessions and isolations including : preparing project plans and programmes, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with the company’s procedures. - Reviewing detailed site surveys, and checking specifications and designs to ensure that all the safety critical processes are followed. - Ensuring that all H&S procedures are met and maintained. - Support the procurement team ensuring that all the materials required for the works were delivered on time and as per the specifications required. - Managing all requirements needed to deliver the works including: plants , resources, and documentation following the standards of the company and client. - Support the team through all the construction activities. - Supervise and report works on site ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with design & specifications. - Undertake visits on site with the CRE and Network rail representative to check Quality and progress of works including carring out the snag list. - Delivering as-built drawings ensuring that all the construction records are kept as per the client specifications.
- Oversaw and coordinated the development of the estimated planning works including: scope of works , safety plans and risk`assessment (RAMS). - Site Supervision, Reporting daily works. Encouraged safety culture on-site and during planning stage. - Liaising with the HSE Manager to ensure all safety requirements are in place and communicate - Help to produce all relevant safety critical paperwork for the planned work (WPP, TBS, Lift Planning Docs)R - Relationship with the client and stakeholders and building the confidence needed for a smooth delivery. - OLE Engineer on site
