Brief Job Description: Eco Gasoline (Private ) Limited (EGPL) is an Oil Marketing Business. I have been appointed as “Chief Financial officer” to establish and run Oil Marketing business from scratch but my job description is not limited to OMC business and includes: • Oversaw all financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting functions of the company. • Implemented cost-saving measures resulting in a 35% reduction in overall operating expenses. • Led the successful implementation of new financial software, increasing efficiency by 30%. • Negotiated with vendors to secure better terms, saving the company Rs.1,500 Million annually. • Developed and implemented key performance indicators (KPIs). • Established the Organizational Structure for OMC Setting up the complete structure of Oil Marketing Company (OMC). • Established the policies and procedures for OMC. • Selection of Brand name, Engaged Consultants for designing of logo and Comprehensive designing of Company’s retail outlet. •Compiled & designed the Company’s Brochure. • Build a team for Sales & retail development. • Established all policies for retail development & Oil Storage Business. • Supervise all operational and Commercial activities. • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy of petroleum products, overseeing all deals of OMC. • Formulate strategic short-term and long-term Supply Chain plans Manage Borrow/loan product exchanges with other oil marketing companies to avoid dry-outs. • Initiated correspondence with Local Refineries to get the Sale/Purchase Agreements and Got Petrol & diesel Product allocation from Local refineries from PARCO, Attock Refinery Limited, Cynergico (Formerly Byco).
• Got all No Objection Certificate (NOCs) /approval from DCO Attock & all concerned Local Government departments in District Attock, Ministry of Defence (MOD), Environment Protection agency (EPA) for Eco Gasoline’s First Bulk Oil Storage Depot having 4583 MT capacity have been completed at Mouza Qaziabad, District Attock in Punjab. • Got Form ‘’ L’’ from Department of Explosive for Oil Depot at District Attock and taken Further Extension up to December 31, 2025 got marketing license from OGRA in May 22, 2022 for establishment of 63 retail outlets in Punjab. • Got mostly NOCs /approval from DCOs& all concerned Local Government departments District Okara also got NOCs from for Ministry of Defense,Environment Protection agency for its further oil storage at second Location in Punjab at Mouza Chak No.126/1AL, Tehsil Renal Khurdat District Okara, (Punjab) for its 2nd Bulk oil Storage Depot in District Okara in Punjab. • Accrued six acres of land in District Shaheed Benazir Abad (Doulatpur)and Got NOC letter from Deputy Commissioner, District Shaheed Benazir Abad for construction of company's oil storage depot in Province of Sind. Got NOCs from MOD & Environment Protection agency (EPA) for Construction of Eco Gasoline Bulk Oil Storage at Mouza Qazi Ahmed, District Shaheed Benazir abad,in Province of SIND. • Purchased 40 Kanal Land at Mouza Nakband, Tehsil Gumbat, District Kohat in Province of KPK and Processing started for getting NOCs) /approval from DCO, District Kohat & all concerned Local Government of KPK departments has been received along with NOC from Ministry of Defence (MOD), Environment Protection agency (EPA) for Construction of Eco Gasoline Bulk Oil Storage at Nakband, Tehsil Gumbat, district Kohat in Province of KPK. • ERP Development for OMC & successfully Implementation of ERP software at head Office & Attock Depot. •
OMC NOC’s approval form concerned departments for Bulk Oil Storage. •Deal with the Banks and financial institutions regarding the project financing, running finance, Bank Guarantee, and Letter of Credit facilities and Auto Lease, Sale and Lease back Finance facility for group of the companies •Monitoring daily funds position to ensure their adequacy for optimum utilization of cash and bank resources. •Monitor and prepare short term funding requirement reports and raise flags accordingly. •Preparation of movement summary and complete analysis of working capital. •Preparation of Carriage companies monthly and fortnightly claim of Carriage Bills from OMC. •Preparation of Monthly and annual financial Statements of group of companies. . •Dealing with insurance companies for Fire, Marianne, Stocks & Product Insurance Company fixed assets. •Transfer of the funds to Refineries / OMC’s keeping in view the demand of the POL products all over the Pakistan. •Liaison with Pak Arab Refinery (PARCO) Attock Refinery Limited (ARL), HASCOL Petroleum Limited, Byco Refinery and PSO, GO, & Chevron for procurement of POL Products. •Helped in the audits whether internal and external and the special audits if any assigned by the Management. •Maintaining the Receivables of the company’s and follow-ups reports to the management. •Management of Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Legal functions of group of companies. •To Organize Board Meetings, Shareholder Meetings and comply Corporate requirements •Preparation of Statutory and Management Accounts •Management of External Audits, Reviews and other Statutory Reporting •Management Reporting of Company Performance to CEO •Development and Monitoring of Internal Control Systems at Group level •Ensure Implementation of Control Systems and Statutory Compliance at all affiliates •Review of Oracle based ERP modules for identification of Control & ERP implementation.
