- Participated in events to promote ATYPIO 25 hotels collection and manage the allocated budget - Prospected and maintained major customer accounts to develop company’s portfolio (companies, Mice agencies…) - Helped hotel sales representatives (approx. 20 people) to boost sales in their primary market area: local competition analysis, prospection, hotels action plan’s implementation, sales animation... - Implemented and monitored sales actions plan for reopening hotels (5 reopenings in 2024)
- Managed incoming events requests for professional groups (seminars, conferences, workshops) for all hotels - Helped hotels preparing budgets and forecasts for group stays in hotels - Maintained good relationships with direct clients (companies), Mice agencie, and working partners (Accor, Best Western, etc.)
Managed the risk process for 3,000 suppliers designated as medium or high risk: - CSR risk: organized supplier audits and analyzed the results, providing suppliers with the necessary corrective actions to take. - Quality risk: managed the sanitary alerts across Accor’s 1,200 establishments. - Financial risk: analyzed and monitored the suppliers’ financial health.
- Managed event proposal requests for a total of 250 groups in one year. - Organized conferences and accommodation for FIFA during the women’s soccer world cup in Paris (a total of 2,700 nights) - Issued approximatively 3 commercial quotes and group contracts per day. - Coordinated 5-10 people across different nationalities and operational departments
- Managed requests and issued quotes for last minute events (30% of sales). - Ensured the operational organization of 100 events with more than 25 guests per event. - Planned and supervised the banqueting team’s weekly schedule (10 people). - Created and produced communication tools: B&B newsletters and flyers. - Initiated an Instagram corporate account and produced social media content. - Established a social media benchmark and devised digital strategies to promote the hotel.
