Lead the implementation of system and process deployment for the primary functional area and ensure consistent implementation of system configuration and processes throughout the organization are reviewed and approved by process sponsors. Identify and lead optimization activities, partnering with subject matter experts and super users across the product line and promote process change in the organization. Ensure that implemented design and process changes are aligned with the internal control framework and the global process organization. Develop the integrated project plan and ensure organizational readiness and commitment to ongoing enhancements, optimization and value realization activities. Define deployment objectives and scope and measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan and make needed corrections for implementation, resolving issues independently. Implement, maintain and communicate metrics to track solution stabilization and value captured through optimization initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the provided accounting services as per agreed Service catalogue. • Supervise monthly and quarterly close activities to ensure accuracy and timely completion, • Participate and initiate process improvement projects within Global Business Services. • Responsible for internal control compliance and proper accounting treatment according to Cargill policies and USGAAP. • Build supportive relationships cross functionals and with peers, colleagues, and promote team environment. • Handle the performance process for the team /plan, targets set up, measures, review and follow-up.
Coordinating and planning the full scope of financial, technical and accounting activities for the team; Providing support on SAP implementations; Ensuring quality development and implementing of the key tasks, approaches and processes during post SAP implementation period; Advising and supporting on ad-hoc topics and issues during post SAP implementation period; Performing and ensuring timely and accurate execution of the tasks; Advising the team members on various topics that would assist to achieve excellent KPIs; Build strong relationship and promote team spirit within all stakeholders; Ensuring all internal controls are in place and monitored, financial processes are performed timely and accurately, and all accounting is done in accordance with Cargill policies and GAAP; P&L analysis
