People have always been at the center of everything I do. Not just as candidates to place or metrics to hit, but as human beings whose careers and lives are genuinely shaped by the work we do in talent acquisition. I’ve spent my career building teams, coaching leaders, and designing recruiting strategies for global brands in the CPG, education, technology and manufacturing sectors. What I’m most proud of is the trust I’ve earned along the way. The leader who called me years later to say a hire changed their team. That’s what drives me. I specialize in talent acquisition strategy — building inclusive hiring practices, strengthening employer brands, and using data to make smarter, faster decisions without losing the human touch. I’ve led recruiting for global organizations, helped shaped equitable workplace cultures, and partnered closely with business leaders to solve talent gap problems, not just fill seats.
