Leading a team of international colleagues at the major global arbitral institution, I’m dedicated to cultivating a high-performing team and providing the best experience for our multi-faceted users. I guide my colleagues in the proper, efficient, and effective administration of complex arbitration cases, while also spearheading and working with key stakeholders on global initiatives and strategic projects - doing so with our knowledge, experience and heart, along with appropriate use of technology - to drive improvements to global dispute resolution mechanisms.
