As the Director of Client Services it is my job to support organizational growth by providing strategic client direction, building new relationships and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as ensuring that client projects are implemented according to schedule.
*Communicating with clients or employers about project, event or campaign expectations and goals *Collaborating with clients or employers, finance teams and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds *Delegating tasks to appropriate team members *Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget *Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house *Overseeing the delivery of projects and making adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards *Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success
*Responsible for assessing and advising upper management on Client Services issues, including both up-and-coming and universal. *Accountable for high-level relations with all clients, including overall client satisfaction and management of expectations, while ensuring that the work is completed on strategy, on time and within budget. *Continually assesses the Client Services department and develops/implements/assigns processes, procedures, and projects accordingly. *Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records. *Maintains relationships with current clients and ensures that the client’s needs are being met within the scope of the realistic business analysis. *Helps in the development and management key strategic partnerships. *Sets goals and expectationsfor staff members to include the execution of the daily calls and cases. *Closely monitors project plans and communicates progress through creation of internal and external status reports and other client communication. *Assists with new business opportunities, including identification of organic growth within existing accounts, development of proposals (including estimated budgets), and development of new business presentations aiding sales when appropriate. *Opens and maintains lines of communication within the Client Services department and between other departments.
*Reconciled bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger. *Protected organization's value by keeping information confidential. *Accomplished accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed. *Maintained accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups. *Verified and posted details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totaled accounts, using calculator or computer. *General payroll functions including, collect, confirm and process timesheets and overtime; verify taxes and other deductions; track employee vacation and sick time; and distribute payroll checks.
