Lynn is Founding Partner of Sadler Consulting, an executive coaching & corporate OD consulting company with a network across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. She served as a Governor on the Board of award-winning British School Muscat and was Program Director of the National CEO Program for the Diwan of Royal Court in the Sultanate of Oman. Lynn's coaching practice applies an appreciation of the inner theatre of leaders & organisations and coaching with compassion. She partners with her clients to recognise the impact of positive and negative ways of relating and individual and group effectiveness at work, with the aim of achieving sustained resonance and effectiveness. As an accomplished corporate executive and experienced change leader, she supports corporate change initiatives through an understanding of human systems, engagement, interconnectedness and meaning that enable a business to thrive and prosper. Lynn has been actively involved in leadership development and coaching in Asia since 2000. She was an original member of the Practice Development and Quality Assurance Advisory Committee for Executive Coaching at INSEAD and is an active member of the INSEAD Executive Coaching network, coaching on executive programmes since 2004. Lynn co-directed senior leadership programs in partnership with INSEAD Asia in Singapore for GSK, 2001-2007, and introduced a ‘difference-based’ mentoring program in Syngenta from 2009, showcased by the CEB 2011-2012. She is accredited in diagnostics including iEQ9 Enneagram, Hogan Assessment, MBTI, FIRO-B and INSEAD's GELM. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF, CTT certified Mentor Coach and a member of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA). Lynn is a Fellow of Henley Business School, UK. She has a MSc in Consulting and Coaching for Change, INSEAD & HEC, France and MSc in Positive OD, Weatherhead School of Management at CWRU, Cleveland, USA, HR Management diploma from IPM, South Africa and pharmacy degree from Bath University, UK. Specialities: A unique background in science, pharmaceutical sales & marketing and in agribusiness, line & corporate functional leadership, HR, leadership and organisational development, with strong capabilities in senior management coaching and mentoring. She enjoys dragon boating, Va'a outrigger canoeing, yoga, travel, and the wineries of Western Australia.

Based in Muscat, Oman, Lynn was responsible for the direction, design, and delivery of the National CEO program (NCP) from the delivery phase to completion of Cohort 1 and selection of Cohort 2. The NCP is a unique, high profile program, under the auspices of the Diwan of Royal Court in the Sultanate of Oman, aimed at building world-class Omani leaders of the private sector, and contributing to the Sultanate's economic diversification, www.ceo.om The role required key stakeholder management, original design iteration, delivery team leadership, marketing and communications in conjunction with the program's learning partners, IMD and McKinsey, selection partners, Hay Group, and local marketing partners Bayan Tebayan and platform partners, Eyecomms.
Based in Singapore, Lynn was responsible for Human Resources in Syngenta Asia Pacific, a region of 14 local operating countries with 5 sub-regions including China, NE Asia, ASEAN, South Asia and Australasia, and over 11000 employees with sales revenue of USD2bn. In 2011, in line with Syngenta's new global strategic direction, Lynn led the APAC integration of the former Crop Protection and Seeds businesses and re-structuring of the matrix APAC organisation and she led the APAC Region HR Transformation within the global change initiative.
Lynn was Vice President Human Resources Asia Pacific at GSK, a region of 11 local operating units, 3 main divisions in Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Healthcare and R&D, and 9000 employees. Lynn’s career in the pharmaceutical business spans 20 years during which time she has worked in the UK, South Africa and Asia Pacific. Positions held include Medical Representative, Regional Business Manager, Training Manager, Head of HR, Regional VP HR.
