As a professional specializing in both education and nonprofit management & administration, I have achieved the following: As a Grants Compliance Monitor, I manage Federal Grant funds and work with administrators in the necessary documentation of the Federal Title I Grant as well as other non-federal grant awards- for an annual budget of 93-million dollars. I have provided oversight of grant budgets for a caseload of 23 schools, in addition to IU funds for programmatic initiatives for Curriculum and Instruction, Teaching and Learning, Professional Development, and Nutrition/SNAP spanning across multiple funding streams of Title I, II and III, in addition to managing private grant awards.
