Looking back, my career has never followed a straight line. I’ve worked across healthcare, community programmes, partnerships, digital experiences, para-counselling and service design. Different roles, different contexts—but always driven by the same question: || How do we design services, programmes and systems that help people thrive? I’m drawn to the moments that matter. The process that finally makes sense. The programme that helps someone see themselves differently. The community initiative where people feel genuinely heard. Those moments rarely happen by chance - they’re intentionally designed. Across healthcare, government and the social sector, I’ve worked on UX research, service design, partnerships, programme design and community funding - bringing together citizens, public agencies and community partners to create experiences that are not only effective, but meaningful. I enjoy working at the intersection of research, strategy and implementation: understanding people’s needs, making sense of complexity, and turning insights into practical solutions. Whether it’s redesigning a service, shaping a community programme or building partnerships across organisations, I’m motivated by creating the conditions for people to participate, connect and contribute. I don’t always have all the answers - but I’ll keep asking better questions. That curiosity has taken me further than any single skill ever could. Today, I’m especially interested in community and public-sector service design, where research, partnerships and systems thinking come together to create lasting public impact. 📌 Interests: Service Design • Community Innovation • UX Research • Partnerships • Systems Thinking || Portfolio: https://bit.ly/hi-i-am-lynette 😊
