With several years in the software industry, I am currently a product manager for Dell Enterprise products, specialized in Servers, Storage and Networking. I develop marketing strategy/plan for the product marketing support to the sales team and partners, inventory or stock management, strive to meet product sales target and principal's expectation. I've spent my career working as a Business Process Improvement (IT) professional, leading product design and development (e-business), Sales team management and process and policy review. My current role has given me the opportunity to work closely with engineering teams, sales, business leaders and executive leadership on delivering technology products to our customers. Supported the Operational Stability Readiness (OSR) phase of each region launch. • I was responsible in supporting 21,279 users globally using the Front Office Sales Order Management application (called Gii). • I was responsible in gap analysis and requirement gathering for Services integration work with Gii for Japan. • I was responsible for ChangePoint integration with Gii. • I was responsible in Dell Financing Integration (Creation Finance and Santander) in Europe • I was responsible in various change request works that involve integration with Gii via webservice, e.g. Global Lease Broker, Dellstar and Customer Master Integration, Sabric Tax integration.
