About

I’m a strong commercial business leader with experience working in both Singapore and international / regional environments. I'm a strategic thinker who offers big picture solutions to achieve business results. I’ve proven track records at turning around business performance, financially, as well as brand, people and operations metrics. I grew KFC sales by 4% in the first year of joining after the business was on a 3-year sales decline. This was achieved with both strategic and operational plans. I’ve excellent people management skills and believe in building high performing teams in order to achieve business goals. In my capacity as GM KFC Singapore, I lead a team of about 150 people at the HQ and another 2000 restaurant staff. I also work collaboratively with our brand franchisor, YUM Brands APAC team.
