Dr Lynette Lee is the Founder and Medical Director of The Skincare Clinic, Singapore’s first outpatient clinic to offer Wet Wrap Therapy for eczema. With a strong foundation in Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine, she is passionate about empowering patients with evidence-based eczema care and holistic aesthetic treatments. Dr Lynette obtained her medical degree from the National University of Singapore, and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and is Aesthetic Dermatology Education Group (ADEG) certified. Having trained in KK Hospital’s Dermatology Department since 2015, she has published multiple articles in renowned dermatology journals and is a faculty member of the Korean Academy of Aesthetic Surgery and Medicine. She frequently speaks at international conferences, staying at the forefront of advancements in both medical and aesthetic dermatology. As a strong advocate for total body wellness, Dr Lynette combines non-invasive aesthetic procedures—including botulinum toxin, fillers, lasers, and skin tightening—with lifestyle-based interventions to help patients achieve natural and lasting results. In addition to her clinical work, Dr Lynette is the CEO and Co-Founder of WorkWiz, a digital healthcare workforce management platform. WorkWiz streamlines the deployment of nurses, doctors, and clinic assistants through AI-enabled scheduling and credential validation, enabling just-in-time staffing across healthcare institutions. She leads strategic growth, product development, and cross-sector partnerships, driving the platform’s mission to support a resilient, patient-centric healthcare system in Singapore.
