My role as the Asia HR New Business & Transition Manager reports into the Global HR M&A, New Business, Transactions & Transitions team. My responsibilities include providing the solution & budget to transition the Client’s employees into DXC at the new business bid stage and to project manage the HR transition activities relating to any employees either transitioning into and out of DXC due to various reasons such as managed services contract, reverse transitions or mergers & acquisitions.
I was hired by Mead Johnson Nutrition (MJN), on a 1-year contract as the HR Manager – Special Projects, primarily to manage the Relocation program of Project ACE (Asia Capacity Expansion). In addition, I was also the Project Manager to set up the Monster Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for Singapore and the South Asia Regional Lead for the design & implementation of MJN’s Global ATS System, Taleo
