- Manage the operational aspects of the business (i.e. production, fulfillment, inventory management, brand activations) and ensure efficiency - Oversea and manage sales channels operations - Oversea administrative work including but not limited to accounting, finance and recruitment
- wholesale placement for downstream energy risks located in Asia - market risks and negotiate deals with global reinsurers, securing the best outcome for the clients - periodically review and update the clients' (re)insurances to ensure no gap in cover - provide technical insurance advisory and support to clients and local offices in Asia - Ensure operational efficiency post placement of reinsurance
- Primary focus on writing property excess of loss facultative reinsurances in the Asia Pacific region - Exposed to evaluating risks of various occupancies such as real estate, food manufacturing, high tech industry, pulp and paper, and power plants - Conduct risk data analysis (i.e. risk accumulation and natural catastrophe exposure) and review against policy coverage and internal underwriting guidelines - Proficient in contract certainty checks
* Joined the company through the Insurance Executive Scholarship Executive (IESP) programme * Corporate servicing and insurance advisory- predominantly Singapore risks * Conduct risk assessment on client's business operation and propose / implement appropriate insurance solutions in the Non-Marine lines of business (such as Property, Casualty and Work Injury Compensation) * Negotiate and place insurance programmes with the markets
