I lead complex, cross-functional programs that bring together SaaS delivery, customer implementation, and operational execution. Over the past 15+ years, I've helped organizations turn ideas into action by creating structure, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results. My experience spans enterprise customer onboarding, SaaS implementations, cloud enablement, organizational change, and cross-functional program leadership. My background combines technology, business, and human-centered problem solving. With degrees in Management Information Systems, Psychology, and an MBA, I've spent my career helping organizations and people navigate change, drive adoption, and achieve successful outcomes. As a contractor supporting Apple through both Pinnacle and Systems Integration Solutions (SIS), I led cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, operations, enablement, and organizational readiness, including support for a workforce of approximately 140 contractors. At my core, I'm a connector and problem solver. When I see a gap, I look for ways to bring people together and build a solution. That mindset led me to found ShanghaiMamas.org after relocating to Shanghai with my young family. What started as a solution to a personal challenge grew into a thriving community that has supported thousands of families and continues to thrive more than 20 years later. I've also worked internationally across Europe, served as a mentor, advocate, educator, volunteer leader, and currently serve on the board of the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center. Whether I'm leading a SaaS implementation, developing a new program, or helping teams navigate change, I enjoy building relationships, creating clarity, and helping people find a path forward. I'm currently focused on program management, implementation, customer onboarding, customer success, and customer delivery opportunities within SaaS and technology organizations.
