Lydia Du is currently the pediatric pathology fellow at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago for the academic year of 2025-2026. She will be the forensic pathology fellow at the Cook County Office of the Medical Examiner in Chicago for the academic year of 2026-2027.

Two-week clinical rotation in community medicine and general surgery. Gauged the ethical climate of the medical environment, particularly in relation to foreign medical aid. Primarily observational, as a component of the master's of ethics and medical humanities program.
Formed and executed individualized learning plans for high school students through a multimedia online platform. Students ranged from remedial to advanced in courses that included geometry, algebra, trigonometry, AP physics 1, and high school chemistry.
