• Designed and implemented an end-to-end AWS-based data pipeline, handling both batch and streaming data processing for over 30k rows daily. The pipeline integrated Kafka, S3, and Kinesis for real-time and batch data flows. • Developed custom Spark transformations in Databricks to clean and aggregate data, resulting in a 20% reduction in data processing time. • Built a data centralization system that integrated sales data from five different sources, including PDFs, AWS RDS, REST APIs, JSON, and CSV files. Developed a PostgreSQL star-schema database to reduce query times and improve data availability. • Cleaned and transformed over 120k rows of raw data using custom Python scripts, significantly improving data accuracy and consistency. • Designed and executed complex SQL queries to extract key business metrics, including sales velocity, annual revenue, and regional sales performance, providing valuable insights to support business strategy.
