Material control and release • Support quality inspectors in charge of product and documentation conformity prior delivery. Root Cause Analysis laboratory • Support Root Cause Analysts • Ensure investigation process conformity (Ishikawa) • Budget and investment requests
Customer portfolio management • Be the customer focal point of contact • Manage visits and audits • Ensure the organization conformity to customer requirements • Promote the voice of customer within the organization Quality actions coordination • Manage all activities linked to non-conformities (8D, 5P, Kaizen) • Multidisciplinary teams’ coordination during quality crisis • Provide technical expertise (continues improvement) Root Cause Analysis laboratory • Support Root Cause Analysts • Ensure investigation process conformity (Ishikawa) • Budget and investment requests
