- Grading and preparing student classwork and homework - Supporting students to adhere to the Kumon Method and Centre procedures - Exemplifying strong customer service to provide an excellent experience to students and parents - Assisting with the enrollment process to provide parents and students with a strong start - Providing feedback to students and communicating student progress to parents and the Instructor as needed - Creating Individualized strategies for student development based on student goals and communication with Instructor
- Deliver presentations on a variety of topics including enrollment, advising resources, and academic support programs to the first-year students at Lassonde, with content that is provided by the manager - Collect feedback after presentations from students regarding future discussion topics and present this to the manager in team meetings - Track attendance for the presentation on a hard copy list and/or online - Respond to general student inquiries via email and in-person, using guidelines and SOP’s. Direct inquiries as needed. Escalate complex inquiries to the manager - Assist with orientation by providing a tour of Lassonde for first-year students and running preplanned activities, as needed
