For over 30 years, I've been at the intersection of technology and travel -- a since a number of years I am building the partnerships that connect global technology companies with one of the world's largest and most complex industries. As Global Head of Strategic Partners at Amadeus IT Group, I lead our relationships with the partners with whom we are shaping the future of travel -- including Microsoft, Databricks, and a growing ecosystem of AI and data platform providers. My role is to find the places where our partners' capabilities and our industry's needs meet, and to turn those into tangible products and business outcomes. In parallel, I serve as a Senior Advisor to via.ai, an AI-powered digital concierge platform that helps travel and financial services companies deliver deeply personalized customer experiences. Working with founders at this stage is something I find genuinely rewarding -- helping them navigate enterprise sales, refine their go-to-market, and connect with the right people in a complex industry. Throughout my career at Amadeus, I've held leadership roles across sales, services, marketing, portfolio management, customer solutions, and strategic alliances. What ties them together is a consistent focus on understanding what customers and partners actually need, and building teams that can deliver it. I'm always interested in conversations with technology leaders exploring the travel sector, founders building products for complex B2B ecosystems, and investors looking to understand how AI and data are transforming the industry.
Leading Amadeus's global strategic partner organization, responsible for strategic partnerships that drive product innovation, market expansion, and new revenue streams across the travel ecosystem. Key focus areas include our partnerships with cloud platforms, data platforms, enterprise SaaS platforms, consulting & service integrators, as well as Frontier AI companies. This role builds on more than three decades at Amadeus, during which I've had the privilege of leading teams across professional services, marketing, portfolio management, and sales -- always with a focus on creating value at the intersection of technology and travel.
Growing our strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Adobe and other large partners by developing new business opportunities from ideation, joint strategy formulation, co-innovation to joint go-to-market activities.
My team and I define the portfolio strategy of the Online business unit at Amadeus, drive product investment decisions and the marketing strategy, manage segment-specific products and ensure effective execution of the product cycle and of large customer engagements. We keep the customer at the heart of all we do.
