Executive HCBP for the Engineering Division within Malaysia Airlines
1. Performing end-to-end recruitment process of internship talent acquisition. (i.e. reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screening with candidates, prepare logistic requirements for the confirmed candidates, conducting on-boarding sessions with the candidates). 2. Involving in the coordination and execution of Talent Branding exercises such as student engagements at universities, student visits to UEM’s offices, mega career fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives. 3. Collaborating with the team on ideas which include engagement activities at career fairs and preparing solutions pertaining to event matters. 4. Involving in the coordination and execution of UEM Open Day Walk in Interview 2018 in August 2018 that drew 835 applicants as well as Mega Careers and Study Fair 2018 that took place in September 2018. 5. Preparing Management Paperwork for Head of Department in seeking approval for events. 6. Responsible in handling and managing logistics arrangement for any Talent Acquisition events, campaigns or career fairs. 7. Coordinating with the procurement department regarding procured merchandise/collateral items and ensuring payments are made complete for events or items. 8. Consolidating data from events the company joined as well as monthly internship data to produce reports utilizing Microsoft Power BI.
1. Lead a team on creating an online on-boarding platform for the company as part of our internship project. 2. Managed, filtered and extracted data using Microsoft Excel essential for the team. 3. Assisted with events held at the company.
