I lead global strategy and product initiatives within complex corporate systems, with experience spanning McKinsey, multinational technology and industrial companies, and venture-backed startups in AI and immersive tech. In parallel, I build AI tools that serve life — human growth, children’s imagination, and the connections we’re at risk of losing. I design AI-native systems that augment creativity and cognition, strengthening what’s human rather than replacing it. Led the turnaround of a ~$100M product portfolio. Started with a cross-regional benchmarking analysis to understand why our cost structure lagged best-performing regions — then moved from diagnosis to action, driving improvements across operations, materials, and project execution with cross-functional teams. A big part of the work was aligning leadership and teams across regions around a common direction, sharpening the focus, and building a foundation for sustained growth (from flat to now double digit projected CAGR).
Partnered with C-suite leaders to navigate critical inflection points—from decarbonization to digital growth transformations. While delivering rigorous strategy for Global 500 clients, I observed the human mechanics of high-performance environments. This experience deepened my understanding of how to drive structural change while honoring the human resilience required to sustain it
Designed and executed product-led growth (PLG) strategies for an emerging AR SaaS portfolio. I led cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technological capability and human adoption, using behavioral data to improve conversion rates from 0.1% to 35%. This role reinforced that technology is most powerful when designed to align with, rather than force, human behavior
