I am a Lifestyle and Body Transformation Specialist, based in Brisbane but serving the world through my online training videos. I am passionate about helping clients to achieve exceptional transformations by following my proven system that is guaranteed to produce results. Growing up on the Gold Coast, my lifestyle hasn't always been so healthy. The great thing is, I can now use these experiences to relate to my clients! I have transformed myself, so much so that I moved from the Gold Coast to Brisbane to play professional rugby league with the likes of Easts Tigers and the Brisbane Broncos. After my time at the Broncos, I realised there was a large need for specialised coaching and mentoring in the area of health, nutrition and lifestyle choices, and my career as a holistic lifestyle and body transformation specialist was born.
