I am currently a fourth-year student at Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a major in Business Management & Entrepreneurship. I have recently returned from an internship abroad in Oxford, England, where worked Oxford PV as a Finance & Strategy intern. My goal is a career in finance, working with innovative technologies around the world using my experiences in business, finance & management, quantitative tools, and data courses. My passion is for enabling change and improvements in human lives, for example by tackling energy issues that impact the Earth’s environment, providing energy security, and allowing low-cost distributed energy generation worldwide. I am committed to continuing to learn and study business, marketing, finance, and sustainability so that I can have an advanced understanding of the field I want to enter. To do this, I am continuing to seek to expand my experience by taking opportunities for research projects with professors at HWS, and real-life work experience through internships. In my most recent placement as an intern at Oxford PV, my main task building a finance model for customer and investor engagement. I was, therefore, able to gain more hands-on finance knowledge, engaging with fellow members of the FP&A team. I am seeking further relevant internship experiences where I can bring my current skills to help the organization as well as continue to learn skills to help prepare me for my career.
