• Responsible for all talent acquisition and related activities companywide. • Developed, implemented and iterated on a variety of TA and HR related processes, frameworks and tools; including a standardised hiring process, interview guides, onboarding process, and introduction of AI and automation into our workflows to increase efficiency. • Reduced time to hire by 33% whilst increasing volume of hires by 60% and diverse hires by 200% in my first 12 months. • Delivered group training sessions and individual coaching to studio leadership, hiring managers, interviewers, and HR colleagues, ensuring consistency across the organisation. • Contributed to wider HR and people projects; including the creation of salary ranges, a seniority matrix and job architectures. • Owned employer branding strategy, increasing LinkedIn engagement by 134%. • Day-to-day guidance and mentoring for a developing colleague, with a focus on enabling them to contribute across all areas of TA in line with their goals.
