Developed extensive data lakehouse and warehouse architecture to integrate numerous reporting platforms and data structures into a single area for standardized organization-wide reporting. Uncovered reporting gaps in ServiceHub case management data (including missing and improperly closed cases) and redesigned an automated reporting solution with intuitive manual inputs for non-technical stakeholders, resolving a 6 months-long reporting issue that was draining 40+ hours/month. Performed what-if modeling and analysis using financial transaction data so operations leadership could understand the strategic impacts of varying their ATM withdrawal limit.
Report Building: Developed customized SQL queries and PowerBI reports, cleaning and transforming multiple data sources to generate vital metrics for effective management of operations teams.
Wrote basic SQL and developed Power BI reports from existing reporting in a department-wide initiative to transition from SAP Crystal Reports to PowerBI.
